JG University's M.Sc. in Cyber Security & Digital Forensics is a 2-year, 4-semester postgraduate programme designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and practical skills to combat emerging cyber threats and investigate digital crimes. The programme begins with a strong foundation in network security, cryptography, and cyber laws, gradually advancing into areas like ethical hacking, malware analysis, digital forensics, threat intelligence, and incident response. With a curriculum that reflects the rapidly evolving cyber landscape, students are trained to detect vulnerabilities, secure digital infrastructure, and conduct in-depth forensic investigations. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) or an equivalent CGPA in either B.Sc., BCA, IT, B.Tech or B.Com.
The Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
